About Us Battleship Cycles & Marine is a premier dealership in Wilmington, NC specializing in motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles. We're passionate about adventure and delivering an outstanding customer experience. We're currently seeking a motivated Powersports Sales Associate to join our growing team. (This position is for powersports only -- not marine sales.) Responsibilities * Greet customers in the showroom and build lasting relationships. * Guide customers through the sales process from start to finish. * Learn and maintain product knowledge on all motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and accessories. * Achieve monthly sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure a smooth buying experience. * Stay current on promotions, inventory, and industry trends. Qualifications * Prior sales experience preferred (powersports, automotive, or retail sales a plus). * Enthusiasm for motorcycles and the powersports lifestyle. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Goal-oriented and self-motivated. * Valid driver's license required (motorcycle endorsement preferred).
