Our company works with AT&T in expanding access to fast, reliable wireless services to customers. We are looking for motivated Cellular Sales Trainees who are ready to take their sales career to the next level by working with customers directly daily and representing a large telecommunications provider. As a Cellular Sales Trainee, in this role, you will be responsible for guiding each customer through AT&T's wireless options. Your role as a Cellular Sales Trainee is to build relationships with customers in person, identify customer needs in residential areas, and provide solutions that enhance how people stay connected. Every customer interaction matters, from introducing new products, providing sales services and ensuring accurate wireless account setup. Our Cellular Sales Trainees will create meaningful customer connections, building trust, and achieving metrics that drive both personal and team success. Cellular Sales Trainee Responsibilities: * Work with customers to expand brand awareness of new wireless products and drive sales through education and trust * Clearly explain product features, pricing, and benefits so customers can make informed sales decisions * Manage customer orders for wireless devices with care and precision to support accurate sales processing * Follow up with customers to maintain communication, satisfaction, and long-term sales relationships * Answer account questions in a timely, professional manner while supporting ongoing sales activity * Collaborate with other team members to meet and exceed sales metrics and goals * Represent AT&T with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset that strengthens trust and drives sales results Cellular Sales Trainee Qualifications: * Prior working experience in customer service, sales, or a related role * Communication and listening skills to connect with customers and understand their needs for wireless services * Willingness to learn and develop new skills * Interested in customer service, sales, and technology * Attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,200.00 - $5,200.00 per month Work Location: On the road
