As a Cellular Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of promoting AT&T's industry-leading suite of business products and services, working directly with business owners to identify their needs and deliver tailored telecommunications solutions. Your role will center on consultative sales, building lasting professional relationships, and guiding clients through seamless upgrades to their communication infrastructure. Essential Functions of the Cellular Sales Associate Role * Execute field-based business development to promote and sell AT&T's business product portfolio, including fiber internet, voice, and mobility solutions. * Conduct consultative needs analyses to understand client challenges and present tailored telecommunications solutions. * Demonstrate expert knowledge of AT&T products, articulating technical features and business advantages effectively. * Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless client onboarding process. * Achieve and exceed all established sales targets and performance metrics. * Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions in the company CRM system. Education & Experience Needed for the Cellular Sales Associate Role * High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. * 1-2 years of experience in sales, client relations, or a B2B (Business-to-Business) environment is highly preferred. * A proven, results-oriented work ethic with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets. * A strong, results-driven work ethic and a professional, consultative approach to sales.
