We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive business growth by developing new client relationships and managing existing accounts across various industries. Your enthusiasm for sales, combined with your strategic approach, will help expand our market presence and deliver exceptional customer service. Summary: The Sales Representative is responsible for supporting and executing the company's sales activities by developing customer relationships, supporting quoting and project follow-up, and helping grow new and existing business. This is a foundational sales role focused on account support, coordination, and basic business development, without people-management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: * Support new business development efforts and assist with identifying potential customers in target markets. * Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-up. * Coordinate and support the quotation process, including RFQs, pricing updates, and basic cost reviews, in collaboration with Sales Management and internal teams. * Work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure customer requirements and expectations are clearly communicated and met. * Track customer activities, RFQs, quotes, and project status using the company's CRM or ERP systems. * Assist with customer visits, calls, and participation in trade shows or industry events as needed. * Follow up on open items, customer questions, and action items to support timely closure. * Maintain awareness of customer needs, basic market trends, and competitor activity. * Provide general sales and administrative support to Sales Managers and Directors as needed. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or equivalent work experience in sales, manufacturing, or a related field. * 1-3 years of B2B sales, customer service, or account support experience preferred. * Experience or interest in manufacturing, injection molding, plastics, or industrial products is a plus. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and CRM/ERP systems. Work Environment & Travel * Office-based role with occasional travel for customer visits or trade shows. Fast-paced manufacturing and sales environment.
