Description: We're looking for a strategic enterprise seller who thrives in complex, multi- stakeholder environments -- someone who knows how to navigate global partner ecosystems, drive executive conversations, and close transformative deals that redefine how organizations verify partner competence at scale. Job Overview for Sales Executive The Sales Executive is an individual contributor sales role. You will relentlessly pursue qualified customer targets and close direct deals in support of Bongo's partnership model. With extensive Bongo product knowledge and an understanding of EdTech industry trends, the Sales Exec will work directly with the customer accounts of prospective partners, engaging various stakeholders to understand their individual needs, recommend integrated products or solutions that maximize value, and close deals. Depending on the specific need, this role will target Corporate organizations but may also have opportunity in K12, HigherEd, depending on the specific partner being targeted and the types of customers they have. A successful Sales Exec will be a skilled communicator and presenter who can find the best fit between customer organizations and Bongo's solution, while framing the opportunity and creating urgency around the specific use cases of customers. This role requires you to be a "deal closer," as well as organized, agile, passionate about developing relationships and creating value for customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Full-Cycle Revenue Leadership * Own the full enterprise sales cycle from pipeline generation through expansion -- focused on Partner Enablement, Reseller, Channel, and Certification teams. * Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within our ICP: global technology and SaaS organizations seeking to validate partner capability. * Lead multi-threaded sales cycles involving enablement, channel operations, and revenue leadership stakeholders. * Structure and negotiate enterprise agreements that tie partner readiness and revenue performance directly to Bongo Learn's platform outcomes. * Partner closely with all areas/departments of Bongo's business to drive measurable partner adoption and ROI. * Drive and conduct demos of the product independently connecting functionality with solving specific business problems Consultative, Value-Based Selling * Lead executive conversations around partner performance, sales readiness, and certification impact. * Use consultative discovery to uncover how organizations currently measure partner success -- and show how Bongo transforms that with verifiable skill data. * Build business cases that resonate with Heads of Partner Enablement, CROs, and Channel Chiefs, linking skill verification to revenue growth and brand protection. * Apply MEDDIC and value-based methodologies to qualify rigorously, forecast accurately, and close effectively. * Develop multi-level relationships across global ecosystems -- from enablement leaders to partner sales executives. Modern, AI-Enhanced Selling * Maintain accurate, insight-rich forecasting and relationship intelligence in Hubspot. * Stay ahead of trends in Sales & Partner Enablement, AI in Learning, and Revenue Performance Verification to position Bongo as a trusted advisor. * Operate with agility, creativity, and rigor -- adapting deal strategies to the nuances of each partner-driven organization. Performance Metrics * Exceed net-new ARR and expansion revenue targets within the Partner Enablement ICP. * Deliver measurable customer outcomes -- verified partner competence, faster partner ramp, and scalable certification programs. * Maintain strict deal quality standards focused on long-term customer and partner success. Requirements: * Proven success closing large, complex enterprise SaaS deals within F1000 or global tech organizations. * Deep understanding of Partner Enablement, Channel, and Certification functions. * Ability to solution sell with consultative fluency, linking skill verification to revenue impact. * Skilled in executive, procurement, and technical discussions. * Creative, adaptable deal strategist with a bias for execution and accountability. * A self-starter who thrives in dynamic, high-stakes environments.
