Kitchen & Bath Design Sales Professional Magnolia Grove Design & Cabinetry - Wilmington, NC Magnolia Grove Design & Cabinetry is seeking an experienced Kitchen & Bath Design Sales Professional to join our Wilmington, NC showroom. We are a design-driven, family-owned company with more than 25 years of experience creating custom kitchens and baths. Our team values collaboration, accountability, and exceptional customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who enjoys managing projects from concept to completion and working directly with clients. Job Responsibilities * Meet with homeowners and builders to design kitchens and baths * Manage leads and client communication using HubSpot CRM * Create designs using 2020 Design software * Measure job sites and review plans and blueprints * Specify cabinetry, materials, and finishes within client budgets * Prepare and present professional design proposals * Coordinate projects with vendors and subcontractors * Track projects from sale through installation * Participate in networking and community events Compensation * Salary plus commission * Commission based on sales performance * Ongoing training and education opportunities Qualifications * 2+ years of kitchen and bath design experience * Strong sales, communication, and organizational skills * Proficiency in 2020 Design (or similar), Microsoft Office, and Canva * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred, not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Vision insurance Experience: * 2020 Design Software or similar: 2 years (Required) * Sales: 1 year (Required) * Kitchen design: 2 years (Required) * Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
