Position Overview We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to support our outreach efforts and promote our pest control services to residential and commercial customers. This is an active, field-based role ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and working in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to prospects who have shown interest in our services. * Contact and manage leads provided by the company. * Identify new outreach opportunities using various data sources. * Present pest control services following established company processes. * Create new customer accounts and schedule inspections or service visits. * Work across multiple software platforms while communicating clearly and professionally. * Meet expected performance targets such as monthly booking and conversion goals. * Participate in customer service initiatives, including surveys and follow-up calls. * Preferred but not required: Experience using Salesforce.
