The Role As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the bridge between our clients' visions and technical reality. You aren't just selling products; you're designing custom AVL solutions, managing high-level accounts, and ensuring our technical execution meets our elite standards.

Key Responsibilities

:

  • Consultative Design: Analyze client needs to engineer custom AVL systems and create proposals that enable informed client decision-making.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities, deliver high-impact presentations, and close deals.
  • Technical Leadership: Act as the subject matter expert during the sales process, providing troubleshooting and high-level technical support.
  • Account Management: Nurture long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for system upgrades or expansions (upselling/cross-selling).
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends to ensure Avdoxa remains a leader in modern integration.
