Our Allstate agency is hiring Sales Producers who thrive on the phone and enjoy closing deals. This is a sales-focused role centered on high-volume outbound calls, objection handling, and selling auto, home, and additional insurance products. What You 'll Do: * Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads * Quote, negotiate, and close policies * Meet and exceed sales goals * Handle inbound service calls and identify cross-sell opportunities What We 're Looking For: * Competitive, goal-driven mindset * Strong phone and communication skills * Comfortable handling rejection * Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain (paid training available) Requirements - Personal Lines License or Property and Casualty (we provide training) - Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction - Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus - Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail - Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous for this role.
