Commercial Sales Representative The Commercial Sales Representative receives company-generated leads based on territory and is also responsible for self-generating new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building. Qualifications * MUST have 1+ year of moving industry sales experience * High-energy professional who is proactive, self-motivated, and organized * Strong work ethic and drive to succeed in a competitive environment * Ability to work effectively with operations, move coordinators, and management * Strong closing skills and the ability to convert leads into booked business * Compassion and patience to support customers through a stressful moving process Duties & Responsibilities * Prepare detailed moving estimates for local and long-distance commercial customers * Prospect new business and generate self-made leads (required and expected) * Network within assigned markets to build brand presence and generate new opportunities * Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business * Achieve quarterly performance goals and sales targets * Complete all sales paperwork accurately and on time * Document special instructions or customer needs for operations * Communicate customer expectations to move coordinators and operations teams * Maintain regular contact with customers before, during, and after the move * Manage a busy calendar of appointments and follow-ups * Stay on top of email, text, and voicemail to ensure timely responses * Attend sales meetings, conferences, and training seminars as required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience: * moving sales: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
