We're excited to announce an opportunity to join our growing Canvassing Department! If you love meeting new people, enjoy being outdoors, and have a natural talent for sparking conversations, this role is a perfect fit. What We Offer * Base Pay: $15-$18 per hour (depending on experience and performance). * Flat Rate Per Sit: The more you set, the more you earn! * 1-25 sits: $25 per sit * 26-75 sits: $50 per sit * 76+ sits: $75 per sit * Sold Leads Bonus: Commission for every lead you generate that turns into a completed sale. How It Works * A " Sit" happens when a technician goes out, provides an estimate, and completes a job in Service Titan. * A " Sold Lead" is a lead you generate that results in a completed sale. How You Get Paid * Base pay is issued bi-weekly , so your earnings are consistent. * Sold lead bonuses are calculated monthly and paid out after the close of each period. What We Expect From You * Professionalism in appearance and customer interaction. * Strong communication skills and ability to represent Comfort Land with integrity. * Willingness to undergo performance reviews to ensure fair pay progression. * Adherence to company policies and procedures to maintain eligibility for bonuses.
