Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities * Support client account coordination and help maintain strong relationships with customers. * Assist in monitoring campaign performance and sales results to help drive measurable outcomes. * Communicate with clients to understand their needs and relay feedback to senior staff as part of your Entry Level Account Manager duties. * Prepare and track sales documentation and reports to ensure accurate performance insights for leadership. * Collaborate with senior team members to strengthen service delivery and contribute to overall sales strategy execution as an Entry Level Account Manager. * Engage with community members and clients to support onboarding and ongoing engagement efforts. * Participate in training and development sessions to build skills in communication, sales, and client success. Entry Level Account Manager Requirements * Strong verbal and written communication skills needed for success as an Entry Level Account Manager. * Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple client accounts or tasks simultaneously. * A positive, professional attitude with a desire to learn and contribute to sales and client engagement efforts. * Basic proficiency with computers and sales tracking tools to assist with reporting and performance metrics. * Willingness to receive coaching and mentorship from senior leadership to grow as an Entry Level Account Manager. * A dependable work ethic and commitment to achieving client satisfaction and sales goals. * High school diploma or equivalent; additional experience in customer service or related roles is a plus but not required.
