Implant Sales & Treatment Coordinator Location: ORA4X Full Arch Implant Center - Elk Grove & Roseville, CA About Us ORA4X is Northern California's premier dental implant and full-arch center, known for providing life-changing smiles with advanced technology, affordable pricing, and a patient-first approach. With locations in Elk Grove and Roseville, we specialize in dental implant procedures including All-on-4, zygomatic, and complex cases. Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Implant Sales & Treatment Coordinator to join our Roseville team. The ideal candidate is confident, compassionate, and skilled at guiding patients through their implant journey--from the first consultation to case acceptance. Responsibilities * Meet with new patients to discuss treatment goals and present implant solutions * Build trust by clearly explaining procedures, pricing, and financing options * Guide patients through the decision-making process with empathy and professionalism * Coordinate with doctors, surgical staff, and front office to ensure seamless care * Achieve monthly case acceptance goals through strong communication and follow-up * Maintain accurate records in CRM and treatment planning systems Qualifications * Prior dental implant or treatment coordinator experience preferred (sales background highly valued) * Strong communication and presentation skills * Comfort discussing financial arrangements and third-party financing * A compassionate, patient-centered mindset with sales drive * Bilingual (Spanish/other) a plus Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary + attractive commission structure * Potential earnings $75000 annually, also depends upon right candidate (base + performance bonuses) * Health, dental, and vision benefits * 401(k) retirement plan * Paid time off and team events * Opportunity to work with one of the most advanced implant centers in Northern California Why Join ORA4X?
