We're not just hiring a marketer -- we're hiring a builder. * CWF Restoration* is a leading force in the restoration industry, and we're looking for a seasoned business development leader to own and grow our B2B referral partnerships. Your focus: plumbing companies, mechanical contractors, and other high-value sources. Despite the executive-sounding title, this role is hands-on -- you'll be in the trenches, building relationships and driving results every day. * Your Mission* Take charge of a portfolio of 450+ potential referral partners. You'll build the systems, own your territory, and generate inbound restoration leads by being visible, trusted, and everywhere that matters -- spending four days a week on the road building relationships and closing accounts. * Compensation * Base Salary: $90K-$110K * Uncapped Commission * OTE: $200K-$300K+ for top performers You 're a Fit If You: * Have a background in pharma, construction, or insurance-based sales * You walk in with confidence, earn trust fast, and know how to close without the hard sell * Thrive on the road 4 days a week * Love creating routes, systems, and repeatable growth strategies * Are ready to leave behind small-ball roles and build something big Local travel required -- Vehicle provided with gas!!
