Duties * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers with their needs. * Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. * Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance client satisfaction. * Utilize Microsoft Office tools to manage documentation and reporting effectively. * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with customers. * Assist in cash handling processes as required, ensuring accuracy in transactions. * Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Qualifications * Proven experience in customer service or client services, preferably in a call center environment. * Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills. * Experience with outbound calling and sales techniques is an advantage. * Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. * Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. * A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
