Outside Sales Closer Wanted - $100K-$300K | Acquisitions Specialist - Southern California If you 're a natural closer, love the chase, and want to make serious money helping people -- this is the role you've been looking for. We're a fast-growing wholesale real estate company buying off-market properties throughout Southern California, and we're hiring elite sales talent to join our team as Acquisitions Specialists. This is a face-to-face closing role -- meeting motivated sellers at their homes, building trust, and locking up contracts. If you can sell, we'll provide everything else. What We Provide: * $100,000 to $300,000+ per year * $4,000/month base + draw against commissions * Hot and warm leads provided daily -- no cold prospecting * All tools, equipment, CRM, marketing, and materials provided * Mileage reimbursement available * High-energy, winning culture with full team support * Weekly training, daily huddles, sales scripts, and real mentorship * Start in-office in Temecula until you're consistently producing What Is a Home Buyer Specialist in Wholesale Real Estate? A Home Buyer Specialist in a wholesale real estate company is a sales- focused role where you meet with motivated homeowners who are looking to sell their properties--often as-is, fast, and without using a traditional real estate agent. Your job is to: * Build rapport with sellers who reach out to us. * Understand their situation, motivation, and needs. * Visit the property in person (we provide all leads--these are warm or hot). * Present a solution that helps them sell without stress, repairs, or delays. * Lock up the property under contract at a price that works for both them and us. You're not acting as a realtor. You're a professional problem solver and deal-maker. Once you secure a contract, our backend team handles the rest-- finding a buyer and completing the transaction. This job is not cold calling. It's in-person, face-to-face sales , backed by marketing dollars we invest to bring in real seller leads.
