Role Overview Green Again Lawn is seeking a driven, accountable, and relational Outside Sales Rep to be a part of our growing sales team. This role blends frontline selling with leadership: you'll be responsible for hitting your own sales goals while being a part of the overall sales team. You'll manage daily execution, track performance against quarterly benchmarks, and foster a culture of ownership, retention, and client-first service. We are looking for competitive, money motivated individuals who are not scared to take extreme action and here the word "no"! We want people who are authentic and can build trust with leads through any form of communication. Im not worried about you having sales experience. Im looking for a good person that is willing to work hard, be a part of the best team around and cares deeply about serving others. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation * Execute effort activities * Cold Calling * Emailing itemized quotes with service scope breakdown * In the field quoting * Door to door canvassing * Existing leads follow up campaigns * Fielding inbound calls * Data entry of new leads and sales Personal Sales Execution * Actively sell Green Again Lawn services across lawn care, ancillary treatments, and seasonal offerings * Meet or exceed personal quarterly goals in full-program and expanded sales * Close inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities through door knocking, lawn analysis, and client follow-up Performance Management * Track weekly and monthly sales versus projections and present updates at weekly sales meetings * Monitor team progress toward: * 100 lawn sales/year per rep * 50 fungicide/insecticide sales/year per rep * 30 bed maintenance sales/year per rep * Ensure quarterly goals are met across revenue, service mix, and retention thresholds * Collaborate with leadership on bonus eligibility and commission reconciliation Team Culture & Communication * Reinforce Green Again Lawn's values of transparency, accountability, and community impact * Support seasonal campaigns, brochure drops, and new mover strategies * Help refine sales processes and contribute to training documentation Qualifications and Skills * Humble, Hungry, Smart * HS Diploma and College Degree Preferred * Valid Drivers License * Solid Driving Record * Zero History of Drug Use * Professional Appearance * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Customer Service experience * Advanced problem solving skills and proven time management * Ability to work in a team environment * Ability to work in a results-oriented/competition driven environment * Energetic, Charismatic and Positive * Able and willing to work in various weather conditions (8-10) hours per day * Previous sales or industry experience is an asset but is not required. * Adhere to company policies and updated training guidlines Job Type: Temporary Pay: From $40,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
