Key Responsibilities * Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and networking. * Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions across multiple product lines. * Deliver professional presentations of coverage options and explain benefits clearly. * Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships by providing exceptional service and support. * Stay informed on industry trends, policy changes, and competitive products. * Consistently achieve or exceed sales and performance goals. Qualifications * Active Insurance License (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health). * Prior experience in insurance sales, financial services, or related sales roles preferred. * Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. * Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
