Over-the-Phone Appointment Setter (Hourly + Commission) Infinity Payment Systems Infinity Payment Systems is growing, and we're looking for motivated Appointment Setters to join our inside sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, coachable, and looking to build real sales experience in a stable industry. You'll be speaking with small business owners nationwide, introducing our payment solutions, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team. No closing required. What You'll Be Doing * Making outbound calls to small business owners * Introducing Infinity Payment Systems and our services * Qualifying interest and setting appointments * Accurately logging activity and notes in our system What We're Looking For * Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone * Strong work ethic and positive attitude * Coachable and open to feedback * Reliable and consistent with attendance * Sales or call center experience is a plus, but not required * Drivers License What We Offer * $15 Hourly base pay plus commission per appointment set * Paid training and ongoing coaching * M-F 8:30-5:30 * Clear expectations and growth opportunities * Supportive, team-focused environment About Infinity Payment Systems Infinity Payment Systems is a family- and veteran-owned company that has been serving small businesses since 1996.
