Ideal Candidate Background:

• Experience in sales , entrepreneurship , or business ownership
• Background in team leadership , coaching, or management
• MBA or advanced degree preferred, but not required
• A desire to build a long-term leadership career in financial services What You 'll Do:
• Begin as a Financial Professional , learning to:
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Deliver personalized financial solutions (insurance, retirement, investment strategies)
• Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline and client data
• Generate leads through prospecting , networking , and warm outreach
• Meet key milestones in licensing and production within your first 12 months
• Transition into our Associate Partner Training Program -- a 6-month intensive training program to prepare you for leadership
• Recruit, train, and manage your own team of Financial Professionals Key Skills:
• Sales and prospecting
• Prospecting / lead generation
• Client relationship management
• Financial advising or planning (preferred)
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar)
• Coaching and team development
• Recruiting and talent assessment
