Please note that applicants without prior hotel sales experience will not be considered. Position Overview: The Sales Manager is responsible for assisting General Management in driving revenue through direct sales efforts, focusing on group business, corporate accounts, and business transient segments. This role involves proactive sales strategies, client relationship management, and maintaining brand standards while promoting the Hilton Garden Inn Foothill Ranch. Responsibilities * Actively solicit and secure new group, corporate, and business transient accounts through direct sales calls, networking, and prospecting. * Maintain existing client relationships through consistent communication and service follow-up. * Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential clients. * Collaborate with General Management to develop and implement sales strategies that align with hotel goals. * Participate in local networking events, trade shows, and community partnerships to enhance hotel visibility. * Manage sales data, reports, and forecasts accurately using Hilton's sales systems and tools. * Conduct property tours and site inspections for prospective clients. * Ensure compliance with all Hilton brand standards and company policies. Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years of hotel sales experience, corporate business preferred, ideally in a limited or select service environment. * Knowledge of Hilton brand systems such as OnQ, Delphi FDC, or similar is a plus. * Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals. * Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working Conditions: * Standard office environment with frequent off-property client visits and networking events. * Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
