Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Elk Grove, CA, for an Acrylic Bath Sales Representative specializing in home remodeling. The role involves meeting with potential clients to evaluate their needs, providing personalized recommendations and solutions, and presenting project proposals. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, closing sales, and collaborating with project teams to ensure client satisfaction. This role requires the ability to travel within the service area to meet clients. Candidates must hold an HIS License (In Home Sales License) Qualifications * Strong sales and negotiation skills, as well as experience in achieving sales targets * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship-building abilities * Knowledge of home remodeling, with a focus on bath solutions, or willingness to learn industry-specific products and techniques * Motivation, self-discipline, and the ability to work independently * Proficiency in organizational skills to manage client interactions and project timelines * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for travel within the service area * Previous sales experience in construction, home improvement, or a related field is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $270,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: On the road
