Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guiding clients through the car buying process. You will leverage your sales skills and automotive knowledge to help customers find the perfect vehicle that meets their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for automobiles, and a commitment to achieving sales targets. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. * Provide detailed information about vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing. * Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential buyers. * Utilize retail math skills to create accurate quotes and financing options for customers. * Follow up with leads through outbound sales efforts via phone and email. * Maintain knowledge of current inventory, dealership promotions, and industry trends. * Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and repeat business. * Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate smooth transactions. * Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Experience * Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong understanding of retail math principles to assist in pricing and financing discussions. * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective customer interaction. * Familiarity with dealership operations and software systems is a plus. * Multilingual abilities are highly regarded as they enhance customer engagement. * Public speaking skills are beneficial for presenting vehicles and features confidently. * Bilingual is a plus Join our team as a Car Sales Executive where your passion for cars meets your sales expertise!
