Sales Representative - Real Estate Wholesaling (Salary + Commission + Bonuses) Location: Kansas City Metro (In-Office) We're looking for a driven, motivated Sales Representative with experience in real estate wholesaling, WE ONLY WANT experienced real estate professionals. If you don't have experience please do not apply. This is a high-performance role with leads provided , a strong commission structure , and realistic earnings between $120,000 -$250,000+ per year. Responsibilities

:

• Handle inbound and outbound seller leads
• Build rapport and uncover seller motivation
• Analyze property values and present offers
• Negotiate win-win solutions with homeowners
• Follow proven systems and maintain detailed CRM notes
• Collaborate with a high-performing, supportive sales team Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in wholesaling or acquisitions
• Coachable and motivated with natural sales ability
• Strong communicator, especially over the phone
• Competitive, driven, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable with technology and CRM platforms
• Reliable, positive, and eager to learn
• Empath and likes to help people and solve problems

Compensation

:

• Salary + Commission
• $120,000 -$250,000+ realistic annual earning potential
