Finance/Sales Manager Mark Ficken Ford Lincoln is looking for a driven individual who has proven success in Automotive Finance and is looking to level up their career within the industry. We have an immediate opening for a full time Manager to join our winning sales team. Our ideal candidate is a well-spoken result-driven individual with stellar customer service, communication skills and strong attention to detail. The perfect candidate must have the ability to thrive and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: * Contract customers * Desk deals * T.O. customers and overcome objections * Ensure adherence to F&I reporting requirements of the company and OEM * Meet monthly sales goals Requirements: * 1+ years of proven success in Automotive Finance * Knowledge of regulations and laws governing financing in the automotive industry * Strong level of communication skills both oral and written. * Reynolds & Reynolds and Elead CRM knowledge not required but a plus! * Professional appearance and a can-do attitude are a must! * Strong organizational skills This is a great opportunity for the right candidate who would like to level up in their career with a rapidly growing company with a limitless earning potential!
