Responsibilities * Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of customer service agents to achieve performance targets and deliver outstanding client support * Coordinate shift schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team productivity to ensure efficient operations * Provide coaching, training, and feedback to enhance team members' skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving * Analyze call center metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions * Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and professional growth * Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction * Support recruitment efforts by participating in hiring processes and onboarding new team members Experience * Proven management or supervising experience within a call center or customer service environment * Strong project management skills with the ability to organize workflows and meet deadlines * Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively * Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus * Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams and drive performance excellence * Experience in analyzing operational data to inform decision-making and optimize processes * Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service best practices, and negotiation strategies Join us as a Call Center Team Lead where your leadership will empower teams to deliver exceptional service while advancing your career in a vibrant, innovative environment.
