Job Overview We are seeking a highly professional, motivated, and bilingual Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused individual who excels at managing existing client accounts while working with the sales Manager to identify opportunities to grow business through strong communication and trust-building. The Account Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, handling client communication, order coordination, and administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and professionalism. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile for clients and internal teams. Details Job Type - Full Time Weekly day range: Monday to Friday (on-site role) Location: In-Office (remote work not permitted) Required Education, Experience, and Skills: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience level: * 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales support. * Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred). * Experience managing existing customer accounts and building long-term relationships. * Proficiency with QuickBooks, invoicing, and accurate data entry. * Strong experience handling emails, phone calls, and professional client communication. * Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or similar business systems preferred. Benefits: 401(k) + 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Essential Functions * Manage and maintain existing customer accounts as the primary point of contact. * Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and identify growth opportunities. * Handle incoming and outgoing client phone calls and emails professionally. * Perform accurate data entry, order processing, and account updates. * Create and manage invoices, payments, and account records using QuickBooks. * Coordinate with internal departments including sales, production, shipping, and accounting. * Track account activity and ensure timely follow-up on open items. * Support new business development through relationship management and client engagement. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsiveness and attention to detail.
