We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Generator to join our team. As an Appointment Generator, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is interested in business development. Duties - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and set appointments - Use telemarketing techniques to engage prospects and promote our products/services - Gather relevant information from prospects to qualify leads - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our software system - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads - Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and address any questions or concerns Experience - Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or telemarketing is preferred - Familiarity with software systems for tracking leads and customer interactions is a plus - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to effectively market and communicate the value of our products/services - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and enjoy engaging with customers, we would love to hear from you.
