This opportunity as a Regional Pro Sales Manager allows you to grow professionally while making an impact with a recognized leader in the building materials industry. Primary Responsibilities * Grow business within your assigned territory by maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying new opportunities. * Develop and present programs to customers and internal sales teams. * Analyze competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead. * Partner with Sales Directors and colleagues to focus on professional job business and high-volume accounts. * Build complete knowledge of our bathing products and their applications. * Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events. * Operate within a designated Travel & Entertainment budget. * Perform other duties as assigned. States you will cover(You must reside in a listed state): * Maryland * West Virginia * Virginia * North Carolina * South Carolina * Kentucky * Tennessee Qualifications * Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field OR at least 5 years of sales experience in industrial products or complex commercial product sales. * Strong organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and exceed measurable performance goals. * Technical aptitude to understand and propose products/solutions based on client needs. * Proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications. * Willingness to work outside of standard business hours (8 AM - 5 PM) as needed. * Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory. * Must be Authorized to Work in the United States * We do not provide VISA Sponsorship.
