About the Role

: MCL Talent Partners is hiring Field Sales Associates to drive client engagement and support territory growth in Kansas City. This role emphasizes direct in-person client interactions, professional sales, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person client meetings in assigned territories
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients
