Entry Level Verizon Associate Role Overview: * Engage directly with prospective and existing customers in person, offering tailored home service and wireless solutions that align with their needs * Enroll business customers into sales solutions and complete the sales process with a high level of compliance, professionalism, and care * Shadow Senior Sales Managers to establish proper procedures * Participate in business and training meetings regarding sales, product, or promotional updates * Keep accurate business records of all sales orders and customer tracking to ensure smooth installation processes * Follow up with customers to ensure their overall satisfaction * Assist other Verizon Associates and the Business Management teams in the sales pipeline to ensure overall projected growth Entry Level Verizon Associate Key Competencies: * Business or Marketing degrees is an asset - but not required * 1-3 years in the telecom or sales business is highly desirable * Have a drive and a dash of charm. Can bring genuine enthusiasm to every shift and thrive on setting ambitious goals, and love the satisfaction of achieving them * Love a challenge, but knows that trust and honesty are the first step in creating a long-term customer relationship * Curious and eager to learn.
