We are seeking a ten dynamic and results-driven Experienced Roofing Sales Representatives and a Sales Manager for Mobile, Alabama to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in outside sales and business development to connect with prospective clients, build lasting relationships, and drive revenue growth. Your energetic approach and strong management skills will enable you to identify new opportunities, deliver compelling product demos, and provide exceptional customer service. Duties * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories * Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to potential clients * Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and proactive outreach to expand the customer base * Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling additional services, and fostering long-term relationships * Utilize CRM software such as Company Cam to track prospects, manage sales pipelines, and analyze market trends * Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that meet both client needs and company goals * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that enhance lead generation efforts * Conduct territory management to optimize coverage and maximize sales efficiency * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally * Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, door to odor sales or commercial sales within the roofing or construction industry * Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations and close deals effectively * Expertise in business development strategies and account management techniques * Proficiency with CRM software such as Company Cam or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis * Excellent communication skills for product demos, presentations, and customer interactions * Ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and territory management * Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies to support sales growth initiatives * Strong analysis skills for assessing market opportunities and customer needs * Experience with retail or direct sales environments is a plus * Demonstrated ability to upsell products/services and identify new revenue streams * Competency in using technology tools for territory management, customer relationship management, and data analysis Join us as an Experienced Roofing Sales Representative if you're passionate about driving growth through energetic outreach, strategic management, and delivering outstanding service.
