Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Account Manager specializing in the Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE) industry to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong client relationships, expanding business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will empower you to navigate complex negotiations, foster long-term partnerships, and contribute to our growth in the competitive OPE sector. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead business development initiatives while managing key accounts with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties * Develop and nurture robust relationships with existing clients within the OPE industry, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention * Identify new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and market analysis to expand our client base * Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts that align with company goals while delivering value * Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to craft compelling proposals and solutions tailored to client needs * Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including follow-up and account growth strategies * Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions, forecast sales, and analyze account performance * Provide leadership within your team by sharing insights, mentoring junior staff, and driving a culture of excellence in sales activities Skills * Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing B2B sales deals in a competitive environment * Expertise in business development strategies specific to the OPE industry or related sectors * Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels effectively * Technical sales knowledge combined with an understanding of relevant technologies used in the industry * Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM platforms for analysis and pipeline management * Demonstrated ability in account management, maintaining long-term client relationships and identifying upselling opportunities * Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, motivate colleagues, and foster a proactive sales culture * Analytical skills to interpret market data, customer feedback, and sales metrics for strategic decision-making Join us if you're passionate about driving growth through energetic engagement, strategic thinking, and exceptional relationship management.
