We're hiring a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to keep our deals moving forward and ensure our clients feel informed and cared for every step of the way. This is a key operations role that involves both administrative precision and professional client communication. What You 'll Do: Coordinate and manage all paperwork and deadlines from contract to close Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients during the transaction process Communicate with title companies, lenders, inspectors, and real estate agents Track contingency periods, inspections, appraisals, and closing milestones Ensure complete and compliant files in CRM and transaction platforms What We 're Looking For: Minimum 2 years of real estate experience (TC, escrow, admin, or client coordination) Solid knowledge of the real estate sales process and transaction timelines Excellent written and verbal communication skills (client-facing experience a plus) Proficient with Dotloop, Skyslope, Brokermint, CRMs, or similar platforms Exceptionally organized, deadline-focused, and proactive Why You 'll Love Working With Us: Steady hours: 30-35/week (no weekends) On-site role in a collaborative and experienced real estate office Competitive pay: $21-$24/hr (based on experience) Paid onboarding and all necessary tools provided Opportunities to grow in a supportive team environment If you love keeping deals organized and clients supported --we want to hear from you!
