We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Riviera Beach branch team. Job Summary: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, generating new business, and achieving sales targets. This role requires expertise in plumbing and septic products , experience creating job quotes , and proficiency with Eclipse ERP. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has a proven sales track record, and enjoys helping customers find the right solutions while growing the company's revenue. Key Responsibilities: * "Get the sale" using multiple sales methods, including cold calling, presentations, and customer visits. * Forecast sales, develop creative sales strategies, and evaluate their effectiveness. * Evaluate customer needs, provide product guidance, and build long-term relationships. * Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads. * Accurately prepare job quotes and manage orders using Eclipse ERP. * Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets. * Attend sales meetings, training, and industry events to stay up-to-date on trends. * Maintain and expand the client database. * Research competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities. Qualifications: * Proven inside or outside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. * Knowledge of plumbing and septic products (required). * Experience preparing and managing job quotes. * Familiarity with Eclipse ERP (required). * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team. * BA/BS degree or relevant industry experience preferred.
