We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Riviera Beach branch team.

Job Summary

: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, generating new business, and achieving sales targets. This role requires expertise in plumbing and septic products , experience creating job quotes , and proficiency with Eclipse ERP. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has a proven sales track record, and enjoys helping customers find the right solutions while growing the company's revenue.

Key Responsibilities

:

• "Get the sale" using multiple sales methods, including cold calling, presentations, and customer visits.
• Forecast sales, develop creative sales strategies, and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Evaluate customer needs, provide product guidance, and build long-term relationships.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.
• Accurately prepare job quotes and manage orders using Eclipse ERP.
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets.
• Attend sales meetings, training, and industry events to stay up-to-date on trends.
• Maintain and expand the client database.
• Research competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

:

• Proven inside or outside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Knowledge of plumbing and septic products (required).
• Experience preparing and managing job quotes.
• Familiarity with Eclipse ERP (required).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• BA/BS degree or relevant industry experience preferred.
