About The Role We are looking for two Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have a talent for connecting with new people, a passion for educating people, and be driven to compete in a fun, and high achieving environment. Responsibilities Conduct inside sales activities via outbound and inbound phone activity to generate leads and drive sales growth. Master the prospecting and presentation systems to provide a consistent experience for our current and potential customers. Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships Work with leads, both new and old, and gather information to possibly write new business. Work with the team in achieving daily goals and support as needed. Implement our process for generating referrals and Google reviews from future and current customers. Job Requirements: Work in- office Monday through Friday 830a- 515p Be able to obtain Property & Casualty License, Health License and Life & Annuities Licenses. Pass a background check and fingerprint processing. Technically savvy in working in Microsoft Suite, email and general computer work. Job Type: Full-time Base Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour, switches to salary after 90 days. Commission and bonus available immediately: Averaging an additional $12k to $20k in year 1.
