Overview

This is a rare opportunity to work directly within Jeff Lichtenstein's team and fast-track your real estate career by mastering buyer representation, cold calling, and outbound lead generation.This role is heavily buyer-focused and ideal for someone who:

• Enjoys talking to people all day
• Is comfortable (or eager to become excellent) with cold calling and follow-up

• Millions of emails sent monthly
• Buyer and seller inquiries from multiple paid sources
• Over 16,000 mapped subdivisions from Miami to Port St. Lucie
• Dedicated Client Concierge (ISA) team qualifying and setting appointments
• Proven systems for circle prospecting, cold calling, and geographic farming You will be trained to:
• Work warm buyer inquiries
• Make high-volume outbound calls
• Follow up relentlessly
• Convert conversations into buyer consultations and showings

Key Responsibilities

• Cold call daily (buyers, warm leads, farm areas, follow-up lists)
• Prospect for new buyer opportunities and nurture long-term pipelines
• Conduct buyer consultations and show properties
• Help buyers define criteria, budgets, and geographic preferences
• Schedule and attend showings, inspections, walkthroughs, and closings
• Assist with contracts, paperwork, and transaction coordination
• Participate in structured training, call sessions, and sales meetings
• Represent buyers professionally throughout the entire purchase process This is an activity-driven role and success is tied directly to conversations, appointments, and follow-up.

• Active real estate license (or currently pursuing)
