Full description of the position
We are a small family business that is growing and there is a ton of upside and opportunity and room to grow. You will be expected to wear multiple hats to help the business grow. Over the last 4 years we have grown around 50% per year and expect to continue to grow in the foreseeable future. We have a fun culture and we are very much in a start up mentality and are always pushing everyone to grow and improve themselves as well as the business. We are always reading and learning and will share and give books for the team. Job Summary We are seeking an F&I/Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services to customers as well as filling paperwork on behalf of the company. Responsibilities : - Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and provide financial insights - Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance - Engage with potential customers to present and sell products or services - Provide information about products' features, prices, and benefits - Upsell additional products when appropriate - Process sales orders and contracts accurately - Assist customers with credit analysis and loan processing - Handle title processing tasks efficiently - Utilize financial software to manage sales transactions - Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Experience : - Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a high- performing team - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced person to join our dynamic team.
