This means better relationships with vendors, meaning better pay for YOU! * Company truck/Gas card * Owens Corning Platinum Preferred * Encouraging & assisting management that prizes innovation and your ideas. * Year round position with A LOT of room to advance in to a career you will love * Energetic and fun work environment with management that knows you need a mix of work and play to be a Mighty Dog As the leader of our sales team, you will: * Train and supervise new sales representatives who will meet with homeowners and give them excellent customer service. * Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service. * Establish and maintain best practices within the sales team and leadership. * Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client information daily. * Manage the overall performance of the Roofing Sales Department, including annual budgeting process, individual Commission/Sales and customer/product responsibilities. * Ensure that all employees have the right tools, information, and knowledge to work effectively, serve our customers and uphold the company objectives. * Become the product knowledge expert for the product line and ensure product training delivery to the sales team. * Ensure all Sales Representatives have baseline knowledge of all products. You have: * Experience in roofing, siding, windows, or construction sales, or in-home sales of any kind is HIGHLY DESIRABLE, but we can train you on that. We want a manager that can mentor and INSPIRE the team. * Management experience. Must have proven experience as a sales manager. * Must be able to attend MDR Academy training in Omaha, NE week of 2/1/26. All expenses to be paid by MDR of El Paso. * Must be focused and well-organized with strong time management abilities. * Be honest, respectful, and trustworthy. * Have a well-groomed appearance. * Ability to close leads provided and generate new business * Strong follow up skills * Must have a valid Driver's License. * Must have a registered and insured vehicle. * Must be able to carry up to 50lbs.
