Compensation is based on relevant experience, skills, and past performance, and reflects what Leavitt Group reasonably expects to pay at the time of hire. Yearly base salary ranges by experience level: * Candidates with early insurance experience or mid-level B2B sales experience approximately $80,000-$100,000 DOE * Candidates with mid to senior-level insurance experience approximately $100,000-$150,000+ DOE In addition to base salary, this role offers: * Uncapped commission paid on new and renewing accounts * First-class sales incentive trips (2024 Ireland, 2025 Danube River Cruise, 2026 Maui) * Full benefits package * Expert support staff * Rewarded sales competitions Qualifications * 2+ years Outside B2B sales * P&C Insurance Experience (preferred) LI-Hybrid LI-AB1 Compensation Range: $80K - $150K
