If you're a closer, a builder, and a leader who's tired of selling for companies that can't deliver, we want you on our team. Your Mission Own and grow the full front end of Panoramic's sales engine. You'll close warm leads generated from digital marketing, repeat clients, and referrals -- while also building your own pipeline through B2B referral partnerships and strategic relationships. This is a hybrid role for a builder and a closer : someone who can lead from the front, create opportunity, and convert it into revenue. What You 'll Take Ownership Of * Closing warm residential leads and converting pre-set appointments into signed contracts * Developing and managing B2B referral partners (realtors, builders, property managers) * Running the full consult-to-close sales process with clean proposals and strong follow-up * Maintaining accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and CRM tracking * Collaborating with production and marketing to ensure quality execution and great customer experience What We 're Looking For * Proven experience in in-home or field-based sales (painting, roofing, solar, remodeling, etc.) * Strong leadership ability -- experience managing a team or readiness to step into that role * Self-motivated with the ability to generate your own opportunities through outbound efforts * Comfortable using CRM tools, basic reporting, and structured follow-up * Confident in face-to-face selling, including evenings and weekends as needed * Reliable vehicle and professional, customer-facing presence Perks & Growth Potential * $100K+ on-target earnings (base + commission + bonuses) * Opportunity to build and lead your own sales team * Direct mentorship and visibility with company leadership * Clear path to senior leadership or expansion into new territories * A team culture built on craftsmanship, consistency, and personal growth Ready to Lead and Close?
