The Role As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving company growth by converting inbound leads into qualified, scheduled appointments for our outside sales team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a structured environment, values performance metrics, and enjoys meaningful conversations with homeowners. You'll work closely with leadership, use proven systems, and have a direct impact on company success.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage inbound prospects to understand their project needs and goals
- Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments with precision and professionalism
- Consistently achieve individual and team performance targets (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Accurately manage and update customer information within our CRM
- Communicate with prospects via phone, email, and SMS/MMS
- Represent the company brand with integrity, confidence, and clarity
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or relevant customer-facing experience (required)
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas
- Strong phone presence with high-volume calling experience
- CRM proficiency (LeadPerfection or similar platforms preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and presentation abilities
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively What We Offer
