Impact 1 Financial is expanding in the Little Rock area and looking for a Territory Sales Representative who is ready to build partnerships with local businesses and take ownership of a defined territory through a structured, proven system. In this role, you'll work directly with businesses in your territory, identifying customer needs, presenting clear options, and marketing the right products to fit their needs. What You 'll Do As a Territory Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base and strengthening relationships within your assigned territory. * Identify and connect with potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach. * Schedule and conduct in-person meetings to present tailored solutions based on client needs. * Manage and grow a portfolio of customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business. * Work independently while collaborating with leadership to refine sales strategies and meet business objectives. * Track sales progress and maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
