Job Overview We are a growing home services company in Wilmington, NC seeking a motivated, energetic Sales Representative to help expand our customer base. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys meeting people, generating leads, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, customer-focused, and not afraid to knock on doors. Responsibilities * Generate new business through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and local lead generation * Meet with homeowners and businesses to present and sell company services * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers * Follow up consistently on leads, estimates, and pending opportunities * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using computer-based systems * Represent the company professionally in the community * Collaborate with management to meet and exceed sales goals Qualifications * Strong customer service and communication skills * Proven ability to self-manage and work independently * Comfortable with door knocking and face-to-face sales * Excellent follow-up and organizational skills * Basic to intermediate computer skills (email, CRM, scheduling, estimates) * High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer * Competitive base salary of $40,000-$50,000 per year * Commission with strong earning potential * Opportunity for growth within a growing local company * Company gas card How to Apply If you're a motivated salesperson who enjoys helping homeowners and isn't afraid to put in the work to earn more, we'd love to hear from you.
