OUTSIDE SALES / INDUSTRIAL REPRESENTATIVE (HAMMOND) $45K-$65K BASE SALARY PLUS COMMISSION, $2,000 EMPLOYMENT BONUS, DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE Hydraulic Component Services is looking for a motivated Outside Sales person to help cover our large customer base. We are a hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical component remanufacturer/rebuilder, and distributor of various fluid power components. We also have a technical, on-site team for field service. The company has been in business since 1975 and has a great track record in the area as well as regionally. This position would be out of our Hammond, IN facility and the company is headquartered in New Berlin, WI. OUTSIDE SALES / INDUSTRIAL REPRESENTATIVE Must have a good driving record. Candidate must be proficient with a computer and willing to learn our production and parts system. Industrial, mobile and/or mechanical experience is a big plus. Applicants must be able to grow customer relationships and understand our customers needs and expectations. Once the components or info has been gathered, Outside Sales then will convey that information to our rebuilding teams, on-site service team or inside sales staff to complete the quote/job. Outside sales staff is expected to maintain existing customers as well as generate new customers. Outside Sales staff are issued a company pickup truck to pick up components for rebuilding and can also take the truck home with them. Fluid power/hydraulics experience is a big plus Prior sales in service is a plus Past repair experience, manufacturing/industrial or mobile heavy equipment is a plus Willing to train the right person that is career based, motivated and reliable.
