This role is primarily showroom-based with occasional in-home visits for measurements and project coordination. If you have a passion for sales, an eye for design, and a strong understanding of flooring products, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a fast- paced, customer-first business. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom * Guide clients through product selection (carpet, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, tile, etc.) * Visit homes for measurements and install preparation * Generate detailed quotes and follow up with leads * Build lasting relationships with retail customers, property managers, and commercial clients * Maintain product knowledge and showroom presentation * Coordinate with installation teams and vendors * Track all leads, quotes, and communications through CRM system * Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of flooring sales experience (retail, property management, or commercial) Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and in a team setting * Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, quoting tools) * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Comfortable conducting in-home visits for estimates * Compensation & Benefits * Competitive hourly base pay + uncapped commission Paid training and product knowledge sessions * Growth potential within a locally respected brand * Positive, team-oriented work environment * Occasional vendor incentives and bonus opportunities * About Us We are a local flooring company with a reputation for outstanding customer service, fast turnarounds, and dependable quality.
