Job Summary This position is 100% commission based, with paid training available. It requires door to door sales. We are seeking a highly organized and detail- oriented Project Manager to oversee and drive projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. This role requires effective communication, conflict management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope. Duties * Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. * Apply business process modeling techniques to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. * Implement project management methodologies to ensure adherence to best practices. * Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. * Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. * Facilitate conflict resolution among team members to maintain a positive working environment. Experience * Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of project engineering principles. * Familiarity with requirements management processes and tools.
