Job description Business Development Associate - Entry Level Company: SLS Financial Services Location: Kansas City, MO (headquarters) -- In-office Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Central Time) Compensation: $40,000-$50,000 per year ~ opportunity for advancement. Job Summary We are seeking self-starters, highly motivated Business Development Associates to help expand our referral network. You will play a key role in driving business growth and supporting our mission to make equipment financing accessible, straightforward, and uncomplicated. We hire in great part based on a happy, positive attitude and strong work ethic ~ which fits nicely in our corporate culture.
