About Us: At Kubota of Dallas., we are more than just a dealership--we are the premier option for compact construction equipment in the DFW metro. We are seeking a motivated Outside Equipment Sales Consultant to expand our reach, build relationships, and drive equipment sales in the field. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives on face-to-face interactions and building long-term customer relationships. We are looking for construction focused equipment experience that team members can bring to the table. Responsibilities: * Territory Management: Develop and maintain a strong presence within an assigned sales territory by regularly visiting construction sites and businesses to identify and pursue sales opportunities. * Customer Outreach: Proactively seek out new customers through cold calling, site visits, and referrals while maintaining relationships with existing clients. * Solution-Based Selling: Assess customer needs and provide tailored equipment recommendations, demonstrating how our products improve efficiency and productivity. * On-Site Demonstrations: Conduct in-person equipment demonstrations and consultations to showcase product benefits and features. * Networking & Business Development: Attend industry events, trade shows, and local business gatherings to generate leads and promote Springdale Tractor Co. * Sales Process Management: Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage follow-ups, and ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to final sale. * Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to coordinate product availability, financing options, and post-sale support. Qualifications: * 3+ years of outside sales experience in agriculture, construction, power sports, or related industries. * Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and close sales in a field-based role. * Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust. * Bilingual is a plus! * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. * Familiarity with CRM software for tracking customer interactions and sales activities. * Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory and occasionally attend industry events outside normal business hours.
