Full description of the position

Partners Marketing is excited to launch a brand-new residential telecommunications campaign in the Spokane region -- and we're hiring Customer Sales Representatives to lead the way in bringing fiber internet and wireless connectivity to homes in your local community. This is a full-time, in-person position for individuals ready to develop their sales, customer service, and account management skills. You'll represent Lumen's Quantum Fiber, one of the fastest-growing fiber internet providers in the nation, through face-to-face outreach with Spokane-area residents. Your Mission as a Customer Sales Representative: * Visit residential neighborhoods across Spokane to engage potential customers directly * Guide customers through the enrollment and activation process with accuracy and professionalism. * Present Lumen's Quantum Fiber solutions confidently, showcasing reliability, speed, and performance. * Provide clear customer service and product education to help each client choose the best plan. * Maintain accurate documentation of customer accounts, sales enrollments, and daily sales activity. * Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and achieve both individual and team goals. * Represent Partners Marketing and Lumen with enthusiasm, product knowledge, and integrity. What We 're Looking For: * Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills. * Interest in fiber internet, wireless technology, and telecommunications. * Ambitious, goal-driven individuals who thrive in a direct sales environment. * Team players who want to grow into leadership, management, or account executive positions. * Organized, self-motivated, and eager to make an impact. * Prior sales, customer support, or retail experience is helpful but not require What You 'll Gain: * Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2) * Compensation: Commission-only, paid weekly * Typical earnings range from $800 to $1,500/week , depending on performance * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, approximately 40-50 hours/week * Work Setting: Field-based, face-to-face residential outreach (not retail, remote, or call center) * Client & Product: Lumen 's Quantum Fiber -- high-speed internet, wireless, and home services Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
